Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Medicare Enrollment and Sales Consultant team. Our consultants will guide members and potential members in selecting a Medicare solution that aligns with their requirements. Upon joining our team, you will benefit from comprehensive training, licensing support, and the unique opportunity to work with a leading Fortune 100 health insurance organization.

Responsibilities

Key Details

+ Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time. Your schedule will be communicated during training.

+ Engage in a hybrid work model, alternating between remote and onsite duties.

+ All training and job-related licensing expenses will be covered.

Primary Responsibilities of a Medicare Enrollment + Sales Consultant

+ Respond to incoming inquiries from potential members, understanding their healthcare needs to assist them in choosing the most suitable Medicare product.

+ Follow up with current members to address inquiries and review existing or new offerings.

+ Utilize various computer systems to document member information while maintaining active engagement and attentive listening.

+ Aid in the completion of enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring compliance with product requirements and enrollment protocols.

+ Achieve the performance, attendance, and customer experience goals set for the role.

Compensation + Benefits

+ Competitive hourly wage of $21 (paid weekly).

+ Bonus structure to be discussed during training.

+ All costs associated with licensing and certifications will be covered.

+ $200 bonus for successfully passing the licensing exam on the first attempt.

+ $300 bonus for completing the first week of production.

+ $1000 bonus for successfully completing the program and transitioning to the client.

+ Entry-level position with opportunities for rapid career advancement and increased earning potential.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Capability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses.

+ Willingness to work scheduled shifts, with flexibility to adjust daily hours and work overtime or weekends as required.

+ After initial training, ability to work onsite twice a week and attend local events/training.

+ Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

+ Proficiency with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex software systems.

+ Adaptability to customize communication approaches to accommodate various caller styles and personalities.
