Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Licensed Customer Support Specialist to join our Client Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our insureds, lenders, and carriers. Your primary focus will be on handling high-volume inbound calls and email requests, working with customers and carriers to retain policies at risk of cancellation, and providing direct support for post-bind requests.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to high-volume inbound calls and email requests from insureds, lenders, and carriers to handle service requests on active policies.
- Work with customers and carriers to retain policies that are at risk of cancellation for non-compliance or underwriting reasons.
- Provide direct support for post-bind requests, including processing premium-bearing endorsements, rewriting coverage for effective date changes and coverage changes, and handling reinstatement requests.
- Process policy changes across 30+ insurance carrier systems and ensure the accuracy of policy records in our agency and document management system (Salesforce).
- Active P&C producer license in your resident state.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Above-average technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools easily.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to figure out solutions without explicit instructions.
- Self-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage a large workload with minimal oversight.
