Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Lines team at DSP Insurance Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients and internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Process policy changes, renewal preparations, certificates of insurance, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure their needs and the needs of our clients are met.
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial lines team as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, including shadowing an Account Manager to gain insight into higher-level advisory roles.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build professional connections and development.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with insurance management software, are also essential.
