  • Evaluating performance of trade partners and materials, reporting back to management, is a key aspect of this position.

Your Role on the Team

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with homeowners, trade partners, and management to ensure seamless warranty service delivery. Your role will involve:

  • Scheduling and overseeing repairs to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service requests and work performed.
  • Evaluating trade partner performance and reporting back to management.
  • Participating in department meetings and emergency on-call rotation schedules.

Your Toolbox

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in residential customer service or construction is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record is essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are crucial.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
