**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Summit Interconnect. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales quotes, providing administrative customer service, and acting as a liaison with assigned accounts.
**Responsibilities:**
* Review customer-supplied documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Define customer special requirements and work with engineering to determine manufacturability
* Collaborate with manufacturing to determine capacity constraints and quote pricing and delivery to customers
* Negotiate price and delivery with customers and accept and enter sales orders, change orders, and cancellations
* Correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQs
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in the printed circuit board industry
* Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
