Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Employ effective business development strategies to capture new logos and target potential clients with revenues ranging between $100 million to $1 billion.
- Lead the Sales Cycle: From generating leads to sealing the deal, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, determining customer requirements, and examining commercial potential.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and guide the business development team to achieve personal and team goals.
- Represent the Company: Represent Innova Market Insights professionally and passionately in the US market, maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM database.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Keep a close watch on industry trends and the current landscape, including the activities of customers and competitors, and attend trade shows and conferences to forge new business connections.
- A minimum of 4+ years of successful sales experience.
- Prior B2B sales experience, with a bonus for food and beverage industry knowledge.
- A basic understanding of consumer and market insights data influences business decisions.
- Familiarity with sales tools, such as Salesloft, Dynamics, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the US as needed (20% - 25%).
- A proactive self-starter with a performance-driven, commercial mindset.
- An ability to connect effortlessly with individuals and understand their perspective.
- Openness to learning and cultivating new skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
