Your Responsibilities
PSC Biotech is seeking a proficient Project Engineer/Manager to lead various initiatives in biotechnology manufacturing. The successful candidate should possess a solid foundation in engineering, validation methodologies, and project oversight, with experience in Pharmaceuticals or Biotechnology.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Formulate project plans, budgets, and maintain effective communication with teams.
  • Recognize risks, suggest solutions, and uphold project standards.
  • Monitor performance, report advancements, and offer technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical facilities or GMP manufacturing.
  • Background in project management is advantageous.
  • PMP or Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Biotechnology manufacturing is a plus.
