Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Development:
  • Support the initiatives of the Promotional Strategic Committee by coordinating product and brand promotions aimed at specific audiences in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee communication projects and integrate internal and corporate communication efforts as directed by management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining and executing strategies that enhance the operational excellence of marketing initiatives, aiding commercial and development teams in their projects.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Communications Specialist to implement a customer-focused strategy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execute regional communication strategies and plans, including Marcom campaigns, messaging, and performance indicators.
Execution and Oversight of Communication:
  • Facilitate effective communication within the designated region, ensuring alignment with guidelines from Product Development Managers, Sales, and the Regional Marcom Manager.
  • Assist in formulating the annual communication plan and budget for the region, securing necessary approvals from management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the tactical execution and monitoring of the annual local communication plan, adhering to management directives.
  • Ensure high-quality communication materials and services are produced on time, maintaining compliance with brand standards and audience expectations.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
Media Engagement and Event Coordination:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, including advertising agencies and service providers, to ensure effective execution of communication strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal communication processes, fostering collaboration and information sharing across departments.
  • Evaluate the impact of communication efforts, gathering feedback and data to refine future initiatives.
  • Assist in developing relationships with media representatives, influencers, and opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in communication and marketing to identify opportunities for innovation.
Digital Content Management:
  • Oversee the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guidelines.
  • Regularly update and maintain the company's website and social media channels, ensuring content consistency and relevance.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital content using analytical tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Seek opportunities for collaborative content creation and partnerships to expand the reach of the company's messaging.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends to identify potential improvements in the company's online strategy.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Gather key performance indicators and prepare reports to assist management in evaluating marketing and communication effectiveness.
  • Analyze the success of implemented strategies, pinpointing areas for improvement.
  • Recommend methodologies for measuring the impact of marketing and communication efforts to ensure effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of data and visual assets, maintaining updated information-sharing platforms.
  • Present results of marketing initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing performance.
  • Regularly review performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Propose efficient communication processes for sharing updates related to performance metrics with teams and management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess self-motivation and adaptability. We seek individuals with:
  • A degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is highly valued.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in similar roles.
