Key Responsibilities:

Communication Strategy and Planning:
  • Support the initiatives of the Promotional Strategic Committee, coordinating product and brand promotions targeted at specific audiences alongside sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee communication projects and integrate internal and corporate communication strategies as determined by management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in the definition and execution of strategies that enhance the operational excellence of marketing efforts, aiding commercial and development teams in their initiatives.
  • Assist the Senior Communications Specialist in executing a customer-focused strategy, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty to HM.CLAUSE.
  • Implement regional Communications Strategies & Plans, including Marcom campaigns, messaging, and KPIs.
Communication Execution and Monitoring:
  • Facilitate effective communications within the assigned region, adhering to the guidelines set by Product Development Managers, Sales, and Regional Marcom Manager.
  • Assist in preparing the annual communication plan and budget for the designated region, ensuring management approval.
  • Manage the tactical execution and monitor the annual local communication plan, under management supervision.
  • Ensure the quality of communication materials, services, and timelines, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and audience expectations.
  • Track the performance of communication initiatives and regularly report results to management and relevant teams, identifying areas for optimization.
Media Relations and Events:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external suppliers, including advertising agencies, printers, and translators, to ensure efficient execution of communication initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal communication processes, fostering collaboration and information sharing across departments.
  • Evaluate the impact of communication actions, gathering feedback and data to inform future initiatives.
  • Assist in building relationships with media representatives, including journalists and influencers, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and events that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in communication and marketing to identify opportunities for innovation.
Digital Content Management:
  • Coordinate the creation of visual content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and update the company's website content, as well as oversee social media strategies for consistency and relevance.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital content using analytical tools to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborative content creation or partnerships to enhance content reach.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends to identify potential improvements in the company's online strategy.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Gather KPIs and prepare reports to assist management in evaluating marketing and communication performance.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of implemented actions, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend methodologies for measuring marketing and communication effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate the collection and archiving of generated data and visual assets, ensuring all information sharing platforms are updated.
  • Compile and present results of marketing initiatives, providing insights for optimization.
  • Regularly review KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Recommend efficient communication processes for sharing KPI updates with teams and management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess self-motivation and adaptability. We seek individuals with:
  • A degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required; knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
