Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from patients and our client facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen, empathize, and resolve issues with patients and clients
- Escalate complex issues to the next level using sound judgment
- Take calls from patients with questions about billing and insurance coverage
- Manage email and complete administrative duties
- Participate in regular departmental meetings and provide feedback on customer service operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of phone-based work experience, with at least 1 year in the medical or insurance field
- Customer service oriented with attention to detail
- 35+ WPM typing speed
