Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Joseph Alexander. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of insurance professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen and Sales Experience: Have a solid understanding of business principles and sales strategies, with a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Have a working knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
