POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a meticulous and organized "EXPERIENCED" Claims Processing Specialist to enhance our operations.

The Claims Processing Specialist will be tasked with liaising with manufacturers, obtaining replacement parts, and facilitating repairs for defective products. This role involves managing the return of faulty components, coordinating the delivery of replacements or credits, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring all warranty requests comply with company policies and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing warranty repair orders.
  • Submitting and tracking manufacturer warranty claims.
  • Handling service contract claims submissions and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications
