About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ground Service Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Menzies Aviation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our airport service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and repair gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Update maintenance records into company tracking software
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality control checks on equipment
  • Drive and operate service equipment vehicles
  • Ensure our aircraft services team can operate effectively by providing proper preventative care to equipment and timely repairs to broken equipment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive or diesel mechanics
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable lifting/moving 70lbs
  • Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
