**Job Summary**
ABM Services is seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport shuttle bus system.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and control passenger traffic at the terminal, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for all passengers.
* Monitor the arrival and departure of buses at the terminal, ensuring that passenger demands are met in a timely manner.
* Communicate directly with passengers regarding the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the next bus, providing clear and concise information to ensure a smooth journey.
* Ensure all safety standards are met, including regular inspections of vehicles to identify any unsafe conditions or behaviors.
* Investigate accidents and injuries as required, taking prompt action to prevent future incidents.
* Ensure productivity, quality service, client and customer satisfaction, responding immediately to any complaints or concerns.
* Conduct and report customer service surveys, providing valuable feedback to improve our services.
* Report all daily events and incidents to the shift manager and general manager, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed.
* Assist in disciplinary proceedings, ensuring that all actions are taken in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Assist with scheduling and daily briefings, ensuring that all team members are informed and prepared for their duties.
**Requirements**
* A valid Colorado driver's license and high school education or equivalent are required, with a college degree preferred.
* Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to verbally communicate in English to maintain a safe working environment.
* Ability to effectively relay problems or concerns with the GPS tracking system to the general manager, and to relay transmissions via two-way radios.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
