Inside Sales Representative

Alro Steel Corporation is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base, pricing and processing orders, solving customer delivery and material challenges, and interacting with operations on behalf of the customer.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base
  • Pricing and processing orders in a timely manner
  • Solve customer delivery and material challenges
  • Interact with operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous metals experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
