Job Description
As a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members, managing appointment scheduling and office communications, assisting with handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records, engaging in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions, providing excellent customer service and following up on client needs, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is highly desirable.
- You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, as you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You should be comfortable engaging in sales conversations, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, are required.
