Caregivers will provide support in the clients' residences and engage in enjoyable community activities. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREGIVER

As a caregiver, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Instructing individuals on meal preparation
  • Assisting with budgeting and planning
  • Demonstrating appropriate social behaviors
  • Participating in recreational activities such as movies, bowling, scenic drives, zoo visits, sports events, and gaming
  • Encouraging physical activity and exercise


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must successfully complete a drug screening and background investigation.
  • No previous experience with individuals with disabilities is required; comprehensive training will be provided to all caregivers.


SHIFT AVAILABILITY

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options to be discussed during the interview process.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The starting pay for this position ranges from $14.25 to $15.25 per hour, based on experience. Chrysalis also provides competitive benefits for full-time employees, including:
