Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Nevada Health Centers, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our administrative team, including appointment setting, calendaring, and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the administrative team, including appointment setting and calendaring for Vice Presidents and Director level staff.
- Perform UPS and USPS functions.
- Order office supplies.
- Keep conference rooms clean and stocked on a weekly basis.
- Organize and update mail space.
- Answer, transfer, and take messages.
- Proofread and edit documents.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute notes.
- Plan employee-related events for Northern offices.
- Coordinate scheduling of conference rooms.
- Set up applicants for scheduled interviews.
- Organize lunches for business-related activities.
- Assist the office team in general office organization.
- Prepare for large company meetings and set up.
- Assist in coordinating travel for the executive level team and develop a tracking method for shared travel schedules.
- Administer project tracking, including filing and receipts for admin-level team travel and expenses, and assist in expense reports.
- Assist the administrative team directors in editing and distributing internal and external correspondence.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least four years of reasonable administrative secretarial and computer experience required.
- Applicants with healthcare background and Microsoft Office software experience will be given preference.
- Ability to type and efficiently use word processing equipment and operate modern office machines.
- Speak, read, write, and compose letters/memos/documents in excellent English, including syntax, grammar, punctuation, and diplomacy.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information related to office conversation and day-to-day business.
