Qualifications & Skills:

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or similar roles within the healthcare field.
  • Network: Extensive connections with Payers, ACOs, and Risk-Bearing Providers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in data management, analytical tools, and decision support systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach; experience in selling data/analytics-focused solutions.
  • Flexibility: Capability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adjusting to changing market trends and business requirements.

Compensation: $150k-$175k, Health Insurance
