We are on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Houston and South Texas regions. This position will primarily concentrate on enhancing our presence in Texas and Louisiana.

As a Regional Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in representing NFC, demonstrating a commitment to formulating and executing a robust sales strategy.

Objective: To achieve sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and establishing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a growth strategy aimed at both financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the Texas and Louisiana markets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Schedule business meetings with potential clients.
  • Advocate for the company's products and services by addressing or anticipating clients' needs.
  • Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Development Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to build rapport with clients.
