We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Network Field Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing field engagement, including Network VP support and additional training programs in the Network Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of new associate onboarding training programs, including qualification criteria, communications, marketing materials, and content.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) program development and implementation, ensuring that content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Continuously propose and implement ways to improve training results and field engagement.
- Train internal support staff on existing and new training initiatives, or changes to the system.
- Manage training documentation for the field and internal teams.
- Manage required digital tool and programming development to support all onboarding programs, including Fast Start Training modifications.
- Review and update training content based on feedback from the field trainers.
- Manage Virtual Training experience, including the virtual experience for all network meetings, coordinating with speakers to ensure a top-level experience.
- Ability to lead projects and work with other stakeholders outside the network division.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in network training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite required.
- Experience in Canva Pro preferred.
- Analytics experience preferred.
