Job Title: Compliance and Training Manager

Partners In Health (PIH) is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to PIH and donor requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, including grant management, contracts, and risk assessments.
  • Review and analyze compliance data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compliance and grant management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in contracts and grant management within the international development nonprofit sector.
  • Experience working with public sector or other high-compliance donors; in-depth knowledge of donor requirements and industry best practices related to contract and grant management.
  • Experience developing and delivering trainings.
  • Superlative organizational skills and highly attentive to detail.
  • Analytical and investigative acuity. Ability to identify issues and research solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to lead discussions and make informed recommendations to multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience developing new policies, procedures, and process improvement plans.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse staff across departments and countries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and comfort with financial systems.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred.
