Job Overview:
As a Financial Operations Manager, you will oversee a dynamic accounting team, ensuring efficient management of all operational accounting functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and month-end close activities.
  • Taking charge of special projects related to the transition to USGAAP/IFRS.
  • Conducting thorough examinations of complex business relationships as part of a consultative role.
  • Driving the optimization of financial processes and systems.
  • Utilizing financial planning methods and preparing comprehensive planning calculations.
  • Facilitating effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within an industrial setting, including management responsibilities.
  • 5 years of experience in general ledger or audit functions.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • 3-4 years of experience with Fixed Assets systems.
