R.H. White Construction is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Contract Administration/Risk Management Department.

As a key member of our team, you will perform diversified duties such as record updating, document uploading, purchase orders, and scanning.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, including courses in business administration, and 2 years of experience in administration. Demonstrated construction experience or understanding is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, requiring excellent communication skills, interpersonal and organization skills. A disciplined attitude regarding processes and procedures is mandatory.

You will possess proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications and be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

The successful candidate will also be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
