Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Senior Helpers - Seattle. This is a full-time/part-time position with a competitive salary of $19-$21 per hour, paid time off, and a schedule of 20-40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Assist daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure adequate care and services are being provided to clients.
- Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with the agency's owners to ensure operations align with organization policies and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Benefits and Schedule:
- Paid time off.
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Location: Auburn, WA 98002 (required).
