Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Division Coordinator to join our team at R.H. White Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative and staff support, ensuring the smooth operation of our division.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with Company Safety Policies and Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for tracking and managing safety-related data.
  • Coordinate new employee orientations, fostering a positive onboarding experience.
  • Oversee division tool and equipment utilization, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure timely completion of people programs, enhancing employee development and engagement.
  • Plan and arrange division meetings and events, encouraging collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee licensing requirements.
  • Process certified payroll processes and submit applicable CHRO forms.
  • Compile and distribute division monthly reports, informing key stakeholders of progress.
  • Update and maintain division website content, showcasing company achievements.
  • Coordinate Timesheet management across the division, including temporary services.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent in business administration.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
