Job Overview

The Division Coordinator is responsible for providing broad administrative and staff support to the organization. This role involves continual contact with field supervisors, management, project staff, and external customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with Company Safety Policies and Code of Conduct.
  • Track and manage safety-related data, including iAuditor tracking and weekly winner selection.
  • Coordinate new employee orientations within the division.
  • Monitor and coordinate division tools and equipment utilization.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements.
  • Manage payroll processing for paid time off.
  • Ensure timely completion of people programs, including training, appraisals, and check-ins.
  • Arrange division meeting schedules and events.
  • Oversee employee licensing requirements.
  • Process weekly certified payroll processes.
  • Submit applicable CHRO forms.
  • Assemble division monthly reports.
  • Maintain division website content.
  • Manage Timesheet coordination across the division, including temporary services.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent in business administration.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Disciplined approach to processes and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Courteous, professional, and diplomatic demeanor.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
