Job Description

Sales Focus Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Meet with homeowners and build relationships while offering premium products and superior installation experiences.
  2. Capture relevant contact information from homeowners to submit generated leads to Harley Exteriors teams.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated and driven individual with a strong desire for success.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay plus uncapped commission.
  • Earning potential of $50,000 - $80,000+ per year.
  • 10 paid holidays.
  • 2 weeks of PTO.
  • Health, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401K plan after 1 year.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time – 8 hours a day.
  • Ideal schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, but can be flexible.
  • Typical shift would be between 8A and 6P.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$75,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
