Administrative Support Specialist

Aon is a global professional services firm that helps organizations navigate the risks and rewards of business. As an Administrative Assistant III in our Charlotte, NC office, you will play a key role in supporting our senior leaders and teams with exceptional administrative support.
**Job Description:**
This full-time, office-based role provides advanced administrative support to business leaders, client teams, and local teams within a workgroup, practice area, or solution line. Key responsibilities include email and calendar management, travel and expense coordination, document production, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of proven experience, exceptional customer service skills, and strong organizational and project management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide advanced administrative support to senior leaders and teams
* Manage email and calendar for multiple individuals
* Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
* Produce high-quality documents and presentations
* Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 6+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Advanced level computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other programs as applicable

**Salary Range:**
$56,000 - $75,000 annually, based on education, experience, and location.
