The Merchandise Strategist will play a pivotal role in the planning, oversight, and evaluation of merchandise for designated categories, ensuring that financial objectives such as sales, margins, and inventory levels are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop pre-season sales, margin, and inventory strategies by category Assess sales performance, inventory status, and product effectiveness to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to enhance product assortments and inventory control Collaborate with Merchants to grasp purchasing strategies and align with anticipated demand forecasts Coordinate with Merchants, Allocation, and Sourcing to efficiently manage inventory flow Present forecasts and suggested action plans during monthly Merchandise Planning Review sessions

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in planning or related financial/analytical roles Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Advanced skills in Excel
