Healthcare Membership Sales Consultant

Position Summary
We are looking for a committed Healthcare Membership Sales Consultant to foster and enhance relationships with both incoming and existing healthcare providers. This role is crucial in onboarding new members to our discount program and advocating for our services and products. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, interpreting data, and executing strategies aimed at boosting membership growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee leads via CRM for participating providers and subscription members.
- Develop and manage promotional materials for email campaigns and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate membership records, including enrollments and payment information, in our database.
- Administer data related to participating providers, such as enrollments and pricing, within our system.
- Test new initiatives, including CRM and sales methodologies, and provide constructive feedback on their effectiveness before broader implementation.
- Design, coordinate, and execute campaigns to enhance membership numbers through networking and marketing efforts.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner.
- Advocate for our products and services to all members.
- Establish connections with key community groups and leaders to generate new membership opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to formulate marketing strategies, pinpointing target areas and potential patients.
- Document and collect consumer feedback to assess and refine strategies as necessary.
- Relay member feedback to management, presenting consumer insights to improve outreach.
- Ensure our offerings are positively represented.
- Provide weekly reports on targets achieved, goals met, and future strategies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Engage in field marketing activities using a company-provided vehicle.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in an autonomous role.
- Understanding of company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience in motivating and supporting individuals professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time if required.
Working Conditions
- This role may necessitate evening, weekend, or holiday work.
- Extended periods of sitting or standing may be required.
- Travel to various locations is part of the job.
- Field marketing activities will be conducted using a company-supplied vehicle.
