A DAY IN THE ROLE OF A MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGER
As a Membership Sales Manager, you will inspire and lead your team to ensure that our members enjoy an exceptional experience at our facilities. Regular follow-up communications with guests and members will provide you with valuable insights into team performance. You will set an example through your own sales efforts while reporting directly to the Director of Membership.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all facets of the membership team, ensuring we deliver outstanding service in a motivating environment. You will provide mentorship through individual and group meetings, addressing both technical and procedural inquiries while offering constructive feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
Monitoring the sales process is crucial to maintaining quality standards. Your leadership will empower your staff to create the best possible experiences for every guest and new member. You will also play a key role in recruiting and training new team members, focusing on helping them meet their monthly sales targets alongside the club's objectives.
In addition to engaging with people, you will manage administrative tasks such as data entry and schedule tracking. Being part of a program that positively impacts lives will bring you great satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGERS:- A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness.
- Minimum of one year in a managerial sales role.
- Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, basic computer proficiency, phone etiquette, and a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
This position typically involves working five days a week, totaling around 40 hours. Schedules are flexible and may include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
