Your Role
The Department Lead is essential in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of your designated department.

Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including inventory oversight, price adjustments, planogram implementation, and maintaining cleanliness standards to uphold high operational quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to merchandising guidelines to ensure consistent department standards and attractive displays.
  • Monitoring inventory levels through regular counts and addressing discrepancies.

  • Coordinating accurate price changes and collaborating with teams for necessary updates.
  • Implementing planogram features to maximize product arrangement and customer satisfaction.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and concerns.

Additionally, you will support front-end operations by processing transactions and utilizing various retail equipment. Engage in cross-training to enhance your versatility across departments and responsibilities.

Essential Qualities for Success
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience with department-specific knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage unexpected challenges.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues promptly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Flexibility Requirements
Willingness to work a 40-hour week with varied hours, including days, nights, and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
