Position Summary
We are looking for a committed Healthcare Membership Sales Consultant to foster and enhance relationships with both incoming and existing healthcare providers. This role is essential for onboarding new members to our discount program and advocating for our offerings. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, evaluating data, and executing strategies aimed at boosting membership numbers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee leads using CRM for participating providers and subscription members.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials for email campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate membership records, including enrollments and payment details, in our database.
  • Administer data for participating providers, including enrollments and pricing, within our system.
  • Test new initiatives, including CRM and sales methodologies, and provide constructive feedback on their performance prior to broader implementation.
  • Design, manage, and execute campaigns to enhance membership growth through networking and marketing efforts.
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner.
  • Advocate for our products and services to all members.
  • Establish connections with key community groups and leaders to identify new membership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to formulate marketing strategies, targeting specific geographic areas and potential patients.
  • Document and collect consumer feedback to refine plans as necessary.
  • Relay member feedback to management, presenting consumer insights to improve outreach.
  • Ensure our products and services are positively represented.
  • Provide weekly reports on targets achieved, goals met, and future strategies.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Engage in field marketing activities using a company-provided vehicle.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in an autonomous role.
  • Understanding of company policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience in motivating and supporting individuals professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time if necessary.


Working Conditions
