A DAY IN THE ROLE OF A MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGER

As a Membership Sales Manager, you will inspire and lead your team to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional experience in our facilities. Regular follow-up calls with guests and members will provide you with valuable insights into team performance. You will set a positive example through your own sales efforts.

Reporting directly to the Director of Membership, you will oversee all facets of your club's membership team, ensuring that we deliver outstanding service in a motivating atmosphere. You will mentor team members through individual and group meetings, addressing technical and procedural inquiries while offering constructive feedback and opportunities for professional growth.

Regular observation of the sales process will be part of your responsibilities to maintain quality control. Your leadership will motivate your staff to provide the highest level of service to guests and new members. You will also play a crucial role in recruiting and training new team members, focusing on helping your team meet their monthly sales targets as well as the club's overall objectives.

In addition to your interactions with people, you will manage data entry and scheduling tasks on the computer. You will take pride in being part of a program that positively impacts lives.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGERS:
  • A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness.
  • Minimum of one year in a managerial sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, basic computer proficiency, phone etiquette, and a customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
WORK SCHEDULE

This membership position typically involves working five days a week, totaling around 40 hours. Schedules are flexible and may include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
