About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Administrative Manager to oversee our Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM administrative teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day clinic operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with other departments and team leaders to ensure the administrative staff are effectively managing the day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster open collaboration and constructive dialog between leaders and staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in and/or lead monthly team manager and operation meetings, providing input on budget, business, and strategic planning.
  • Human Resources: Ensure Administrative Managers follow appropriate Human Resource processes for hiring, onboarding, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report timely key statistics to management for sales, revenue, cash, and patient flow, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and create improvements to promote efficiency and productivity, coordinating company-wide activities and delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure offices are compliant with ABC/Medicare/Labor regulations, assist with accreditation, and maintain individual ABC/BOC certification renewal.
  • Corporate Compliance and HIPAA: Comply with Corporate Compliance and HIPAA responsibilities, overseeing that staff are adhering to all safety regulations and compliance with Medicare and other governmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business functions, including billing, accounting, HR, finance, and budgeting.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and coach others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office-based technologies, databases, and automated billing systems.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field, with 5 years of office administrative healthcare experience and minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with EMR/electronic health/medical record systems.
