Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at The Bridge Consulting Group LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and activities of the office, including client intake and records creation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files and implement an efficient system for staff to access files and records.
  • Provide clerical support to assist staff with administrative duties, including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Receive and review incoming communication and memos, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.
  • Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train junior administrative staff in the department.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Create positive experiences for internal and external customers, including patients, families, referral sources, vendors, and the community.
  • Display courtesy, tact, and knowledge of services provided by the agency in all contact with staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Responsible for the insurance process, including timely and accurate verifications, reauthorization, and communication with clinical offices.
  • Assist the Intake team with processes related to the referral process, including data entry and follow-up.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
