Role: Medication TechnicianKey Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health and well-being, documenting progress through daily records.
- Ensure the medication management program is executed accurately and professionally, adhering to both company standards and state regulations.
- Possess a thorough understanding of medication dosages and pharmacology, providing explanations as necessary.
- Distribute prescribed medications to residents while maintaining accurate medical records.
- Assist with dining services as directed by the leadership team.
- Engage residents in activities that promote happiness and well-being.
- A genuine desire to serve others with compassion.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Medication Technician License issued by the state.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
