Role: Medication Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health and well-being, documenting progress through daily records.
  • Ensure the medication management program is executed accurately and professionally, adhering to both company standards and state regulations.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of medication dosages and pharmacology, providing explanations as necessary.
  • Distribute prescribed medications to residents while maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Assist with dining services as directed by the leadership team.
  • Engage residents in activities that promote happiness and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine desire to serve others with compassion.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Medication Technician License issued by the state.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
