Regional Business Development Representative

As a Regional Business Development Representative at Fair Logistics, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. About the Role:
This is a unique role that combines the responsibilities of both a sales professional and operations support. As a Sales and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing existing accounts, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. You will also be expected to maintain and drive a company van, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are delivered to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts and maintain strong relationships with current customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop sales strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Operations Support:
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to inventory management, order fulfillment, and coordinating logistics.
- Provide feedback and insights to help streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Previous sales or operations experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet sales goals.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs) when needed.
