About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions. They will also educate clients on auto, home, and renter's insurance, including comparisons, and identify opportunities to offer additional State Farm products and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Consultation: Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in auto, home, and renter's insurance, including comparisons.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional State Farm products and financial services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and address inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Phone Etiquette: Ability to work on the phone up to 75% of the day, requiring a high-energy attitude and passion for working with people.
  • Punctuality: Willingness to stay and work on a quote until its completion.
  • Goal-Driven: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
