We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team at our Eastern Distribution Center in Walton, KY. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and environmental aspect identification programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities.
  • Manage planning actions to set targets and objectives for the site and supervise actions through completion.
  • Develop and maintain support content ensuring it is up to date, controlled, and available while adhering to data privacy regulations.
  • Interface with external regulatory bodies as required with the support of the legal department.
  • Lead daily health, safety, and environmental operations within the site providing support to solve issues, including but not limited to health, safety, and environmental compliance, capital and resource management, risk reduction, incident investigation, management of change, contractor safety, emergency preparedness and response, pollution prevention, and environmental sustainability.
  • Drive improvements to health, safety, and environmental performance metrics using a risk-based and data-driven approach.
  • Evaluate site health, safety, and environmental data, legal compliance findings, and internal and external audit results to develop an improvement plan.
  • Lead site(s) Health, Safety, Environmental Management Systems review annually in conformance with Atmus' internal requirements.
Requirements
  • Health, Safety, and/or Environmental degree preferred.
  • Progress toward Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or similar certification preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a HSE functional role.
  • 'On the Floor' experience needed.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,800 - $112,200, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and other personal and professional benefits.
