About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to join our team at Atmus Filtration Technologies, Inc. in Walton, KY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a Positive Health, Safety, and Environmental Culture: Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence within our organization.
  • Lead HSE Programs and Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential hazards and risks to our employees, the environment, and the community, and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental Performance: Monitor and evaluate our health, safety, and environmental performance metrics, and develop plans to improve performance and reduce risks.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve health, safety, and environmental issues, and develop solutions to improve our performance.
  • Develop and Maintain HSE Training Programs: Develop and maintain training programs to ensure our employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Interface with Regulatory Bodies: Interface with regulatory bodies, such as OSHA and EPA, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental Operations: Lead daily health, safety, and environmental operations, including incident investigation, management of change, contractor safety, emergency preparedness and response, pollution prevention, and environmental sustainability.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in our health, safety, and environmental performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in Health, Safety, and/or Environmental Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental functional role, with at least 1 year of experience leading teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,800 - $112,200, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and other personal and professional benefits.
