Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel to achieve maximum maintenance performance and profit objectives.
- Vendor Management: Oversee all vendors in the region to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all maintenance facilities conform to prescribed standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training, development, and evaluation of maintenance personnel to improve work performance.
- Accident Investigation: Investigate all accidents and job-related injuries, and ensure that reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the designated region.
- Experience: Experience in management and maintenance operations.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the LTL/Transportation Industry is preferred but not required.
