Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel to achieve maximum maintenance performance and profit objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee all vendors in the region to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that all maintenance facilities conform to prescribed standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training, development, and evaluation of maintenance personnel to improve work performance.
  • Accident Investigation: Investigate all accidents and job-related injuries, and ensure that reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the designated region.
  • Experience: Experience in management and maintenance operations.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the LTL/Transportation Industry is preferred but not required.
