Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Operations Supervisor, you will be integral to our commitment to excellence. Our dedicated team is passionate about delivering superior meat and seafood specialty products, and we value the commitment of our employees.


Compensation:

$25 to $30 per hour


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in employee evaluations and disciplinary actions, providing recommendations to the maintenance manager.
  • Support administrative functions and maintain records for the department, including weekly action incentive inputs.
  • Conduct mechanical and custodial preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Prepare work schedules, ensuring workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor warehouse safety in compliance with OSHA standards and communicate findings to the maintenance manager.
  • Engage in PSM, GFSI, and Energy Management initiatives, adhering to the organization's mission and values.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred electrical and mechanical skills, along with familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Basic understanding of OSHA, EPA, EEOC, and related regulatory agencies.
