Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our operations. Our dedicated team is committed to excellence in service and product quality.


Compensation:

$25 to $30 per hour


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in employee evaluations and disciplinary actions, providing recommendations to the maintenance manager.
  • Support administrative functions and maintain records for the department, including weekly incentive inputs and scoring.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for mechanical and custodial operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Prepare work schedules to ensure efficient workflow and coverage.
  • Monitor safety standards in the warehouse in accordance with OSHA regulations and communicate findings to the maintenance manager.
  • Participate in various initiatives related to Process Safety Management, Global Food Safety Initiative, and Energy Management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred electrical and mechanical skills, along with proficiency in computer operations and maintenance management systems.
  • Basic understanding of OSHA, EPA, EEOC, and related regulatory agencies and laws.
