About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Caregiving Operations Specialist to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our caregiving operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of our caregivers with senior clients.

The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the location in Brooklyn, NY.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
  2. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize service hours
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports in our software system
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Two years of related business experience or equivalent required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
