Scheduler and Coordinator Position

We are looking for a skilled Caregiving Operations Specialist to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our caregiving operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of our caregivers with senior clients.
The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the location in Brooklyn, NY.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize service hours
- Maintain accurate records and reports in our software system
- Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Two years of related business experience or equivalent required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
