About the Role
  • Create and implement recreational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Maintain accurate records of resident attendance and participation in activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution
  • Adhere to care plans by providing daily activities for residents that promote their physical, social, and mental well-being
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role
  • A COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in long-term care would be beneficial but not necessary
