Important Considerations:

- Compensation Structure: Similar to most licensed real estate professionals - Independent contractor status – 100% commission-based. Agents typically earn an average of $93,000 in commissions, with top performers exceeding $160,000 in their first year and well over $450,000 annually in subsequent years.
