PNC Bank NA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Planning Lead to join our team. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend real estate plans that align with our company's business objectives and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze space utilization, vacancies, and business realignments to identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings.
- Serve as a liaison and consultant to our business units, providing expert advice on real estate matters.
- Manage key transaction dates, including lease expirations, renewal notice dates, and lease termination options.
- Provide timely and accurate approval documentation for real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate planning, management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with budget management, construction, economic policy, facility management, office administration, real estate, relationship building, strategy development, and trusts and estate planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
