Key Responsibilities
  • Convert potential clients into qualified real estate leads through consistent follow-up via phone and email, ensuring effective communication and integration into the sales pipeline.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor and achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within designated areas to broaden our client base.
  • Collect and assess information from prospective clients to qualify them before advancing them in the sales process, enabling agents to deliver a streamlined experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain an updated list of leads, ensuring agents have access to current information throughout the listing and closing phases.
Qualifications
